Pauline has held a number of senior positions and led Employee Relations and Labour Relations in the Canadian market with large national organizations. Over her career she has also held roles in Training & Development, as an HR Generalist, and in Operations.
She has supported small independent units and large complex divisions in identifying barriers to employee engagement and performance. This has resulted in an improved employee experience, while also reducing risk and costs. Having worked closely with her clients and as a leader herself, she is sensitive to the genuine desire of leaders to provide a great work environment while meeting business objectives. Pauline is committed to working with her clients to help them become more effective, respecting their business’ unique challenges.
Pauline has a track record of working with Operations and HR divisions to build effective and sustainable programs, tailored to their needs. This includes support from the design through to implementation, including leader training and employee communications. What is unique about her approach is that she is committed to teaching and helping leaders to become independent as opposed to promoting reliance on an ‘expert’.

Nancy is a bilingual Human Resources professional with 10+ years’ experience as a senior level advisor and business partner. She has experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, and performance management in both unionized and non-unionized environments. In addition, she has extensive experience in developing and executing corporate programs, including performance evaluation, pay equity and health and safety, across Canadian jurisdictions.
Nancy is committed to assisting owners and leaders in getting to the crux of any challenge they are facing. The solution is then tailored to meet their specific need, while ensuring it is straightforward to implement and maintain. She works closely with our clients to identify any gaps in their programs leading to inefficiency or risk and the tools needed to fill them.

Melissa is a strategic Human Resources Business Partner with proven success within media, technology, sales, and financial services. She has worked in a variety of organizations, from small privately owned to large complex corporate structures. With a true generalist background, she has provided HR leadership and consultation on change management, mergers and acquisitions, organizational development, performance management, succession planning, talent management, compensation strategy, employee relations, talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Melissa has successfully collaborated with senior leadership teams to create cultures and structures aligned to the business, in consideration of their current and future needs. With her solid business sense and pragmatic approach to HR, she is committed to tailoring programs to meet the needs of the business. She has been the human resources lead for multiple acquisitions, brand launches and outsourcing projects.

Gurpreet is a Training and Onboarding Specialist with a Masters in Education. She has experience helping organizations build training and development programs that are highly engaging and relevant to their individual business needs. Gurpreet is dedicated to ensuring training material is created in consideration of the business's unique culture. She ensures all material is well documented and supported, allowing her clients to ultimately execute them independently.

Jessica brings experience from HR Centres of Excellence, including organizational development, total rewards, and talent acquisition. She created and managed employee engagement initiatives with top employers in oil and gas, mining, and insurance. She also supported small, start-up, not-for-profit, and government organizations with thorough research and engaging communications.
Jessica is driven to help organizations inspire and enable their people to perform and innovate. She analyzes data from diverse perspectives to develop insightful, succinct, and action-oriented communications.

Laura is a creative force with a Bachelor of Design in Advertising from OCAD University. Laura has a passion for photography, graphic design, videography, marketing and advertising. With this, she assists organizations in developing employee communications that are compelling, comprehensive and concise. Even more importantly, her approach helps drive organizational efficiency and employee engagement by ensuring messaging is consistent with a company’s culture and mission.

Sam is our IT Coordinator providing first line support to our clients. Sam provides assistance to troubleshoot any technology related issues that arise during HR solution implementations. His experience working in multiple programming languages and tool applications allow him to support his clients in resolving IT issues. With his experience working on various technological systems and networks he excels at generating IT communications for clients’ IT staff and end users in language they can easily understand. Sam’s strength lies in quickly responding to his customers needs and working to find a solution to their IT problems.
